A whole chicken (boneless except for the legs) is stuffed with premium quality duck fillets, tender pieces of Lancashire pheasant and orange & cranberry sausage meat stuffing (sage & onion stuffing is also an option if this is preferred). We then tie back the roast so that it to resembles the original bird. The roast is then wrapped in dry-cured streaky bacon and garnished with fresh orange slices and fresh rosemary. An ideal couples’ roast.

Description
Each multi bird roast is expertly assembled using the finest quality poultry and game birds. To ensure succulence and juiciness during the cooking process, each roast is stuffed with our award winning sausage meat and flavoured stuffing.
Once assembled, each roast is sewn togther using heat-proof string. Streaky Bacon is then used to cover the roast. Again, this helps to prevent the roast from drying out during the cooking process. Once covered with bacon, the roast is netted with heat-proof string – this helps keep the roast stable during the cooking process. To finish, the roast is decorated with orange and rosemary.
