Mini pork sausages that are traditionally wrapped in streaky bacon and served with Christmas dinner. These are often referred to as 'cocktail' sausages.
Oak-smoked, dry-cured back bacon. No added water unlike much of the supermarket bacon. Please note: this smoked bacon does have a strong smokey flavour.
