Choose from the following flavours:

• Argentina Fire: a hot marinade made using red peppers and chillies.
• Garlic & Herb: a white transparent marinade with particles of red peppers and parsley, with a variety of keynotes like garlic and lemon, give this marinade a real Mediterranean experience.
• Smokey BBQ: the specific spice blend, together with a hint of a smoke flavour, in this brown and transparent marinade give it its typical barbecue character.
• Greek Passion: the oregano, thyme and garlic provide this light red marinade with the distinct Greek gyros taste. The Greek sun in an English kitchen!
• Mexican Madness: this transparent red marinade enhances the meat with a beautiful herb garden and pepper flavour. With the unmistakable smoked taste of the Chipotle chilli!
• Buttery Garlic: a transparent marinade with green particles. Experience the fresh taste of garden herbs with a slight garlic accent.
• Chinese: Chinese glaze (not oil based). This is a sweet, spicy glaze with a distinctive aniseed flavour.

Cooking Instructions

For best results, place foil tray at the top of a pre-heated oven (180oc /gas mark 4) and cook for approximately 40 mins. Alternatively, fry in a hot pan or grill until cooked.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with boiled rice. Great with chips. Or even just have them with some steamed veg.
